Our Wood Fired Pizzas are baked in one of our two custom-made outdoor pizza ovens and heated solely with wood.

Each 12 inch pizza is hand tossed and uses our homemade pizza dough.
All of the beef and pork used on our pizzas is locally raised by Country Rhodes Farm. We make our own pepperoni, Canadian bacon and corned beef.

Our Farm Crafted Smoked Sausages are made with Beef and Pork from Country Rhodes Farm.
All of our sausages are sold frozen and fully smoked/cooked*. They are packaged 3-4 links per package weighing 1-1.5 lbs.
